I made an eBay and PayPal account. Made a few listings with a set reserve, however the reserves were not met, so all items were not sold. Ebay sent an invoice for a certain amount of money to be deducted from my paypal account. Which was from the initial and reserve fees.

I have no money in my PayPal account, so its probably going to get the money from my bank account. Is there a way I could get a refund and cancel my account. Or if i cancel my pay pal account, will i still be charged? Or has eBay already gotten money from my bank account?

No, they won't go for your paypal account unless you have set up automatic billings. They will pass it off to collections who will send you a few emails and phonecalls. Just call them a faggot when they call. When you feel like paying you can without penalty.
