You've probably got a chest infection.

Well i know a few people who got symptoms like that when they smoked after they were diagnosed with a chest infection, they usually just let it get worse and worse until they had to see a doctor though.
I've felt the same symptoms myself, all i did was cut back on the cigs and bongs and got a bit more exercise and whatever it was cleared up in no time.

Re: Acquiring an allergic reaction to weed?
Regardless of what lots of uninformed teens want to say, marijuana does have some drawbacks. The effect it has on your lungs is one of them. The longer you smoke the more damage you are doing. Just like with cigs. I ALWAYS have drainage now from my years of smoking. Congestion is common as well. It happens. Get some cough medicine.

it is possible that your cold symptoms are reflecting the fact that
YOU HAVE A COLD.

Yeah it's probably an allergic reaction. You get it when you smoke constantly. Chest infection my ass.
Do you get rashes and itchy too? Cause I do.

Re: Acquiring an allergic reaction to weed?
Are you sharing smoking paraphernalia with friends who might have a cold/flu or some shit?
I use to smoke with a few mates, one who had bronchitis. We shared from the same bongs etc; and soon we all had it. I would recover, smoke from the same bong and get bronchitis again.
It wasn't until we cleaned the shit hole of a bong before I started getting better.

Re: Acquiring an allergic reaction to weed?
I don't know if this is even possible, but I seem to go between being allergic to weed and not. I know none of this happened until a few months ago. I tend to sneeze a lot, one eye will itch like hell and turn red and puffy, and I get an itch in the back of my throat that I can't scratch.
I found out it only happens when I break up weed. Not when I smoke, only if I get a bunch of the crystals and shit on my fingers.

Re: Acquiring an allergic reaction to weed?
OP I've had the same problem, lately I've come to the conclusion that It's from sharing the bong then contracting a cold from the other dirty bong users! That's why I don't share my bong anymore

I love how threads like this stay yet the PCP thread posted by StreetPharmacist, which had legitimate and informative content, was deleted for no other reason than to spite him for continuing a conversation that got locked.
