What effects do percs/opiodes give you?
I've read erowid and everything, but I'm still not to sure what to expect from taking percs or something.
I've only ever done alcohol, weed, valium, and salvia.
What would one expect?

I'd describe it as feeling sleepy (not like you want to go to bed, but a calmness and slowness to things) with a content-ish euphoria. A feeling that everything is just dandy, really "in the moment". It also unfortunatley causes some irritability, like bright lights in a dark room might piss ya off a bit. (It was pitch black and I was on some oxycodone, had some awesome music playing, then my friend flipped open his phone, I audibly yelled out lol) You just feel damn good, for no reason. It isn't a chemically feeling, it feels like you're supposed to be that way in a way.
No clue....just do it.

At the right dose: Pure thoughtless relaxed happiness, with constant waves of warmth and pleasure throughout your entire body, and very mild body discomfort(usually just a little nausea and some itching).
I don't do opes often enough to bother with gathering the ingredients for a no warning style potentiation, but I do take 2 benadryl beforehand to help with the itch and smoke a bowl afterward to potentiate and get rid of the nausea.

This. I never smoked weed on oxy though, I have a weird dislike for mixing drugs. Plus I've never gotten any nausea on it...

depend on the person, their tolerance, and the ammount they take.
low-end: slightly energetic, but comfortably relaxed.
mid: good time, like a warm fuzzy blanket is around you, lay there and smoke a couple cigs, and dont do anything all day.
high-end: like you just had 50 orgasms at the same time. all over your body.
basically, enjoy it.

Man, whatever happened to just trying a known safe dosage of a new drug and experiencing it for yourself? Hearing other peoples experiences first fucks shit up IMO. It's good to have a general idea of course, but for some things, like LSD it can really change the face of the experience, or even instill fear, or even apathy towards certain aspects.
Dude, just make sure you take a safe dose, and don't sweat it. You will find out soon enough exactly what opiates are like, for YOU, not for some random assholes on the internet.

this is pretty important actually. i've been wondering myself if the internet has destroyed the journey in trying new chemicals by tainting the image of things and leading to epic let downs...
heres a tip, eat 4 5mg percs. then judge.
however, i have to say, the internet makes it quite easy to find a safe dose. the research has become piss easy to figure out. no longer are the days of second guessing people you thought were credible and heading to the library..

Um, you do know that a man made drug is safer than a natural drug, in that you are ingesting a single pure compound, as opposed to thousands of compounds that are in even a single plant, right? Or not.
Try to use some common sense here man. When you ingest a "natural" drug, you are taking in literally thousands of other chemicals along with it. Chemicals that could have all kinds of unknown or adverse affects, sometimes quite soon, and sometimes slowly developing from years of habitual use of a perceived "safe" natural drug.
Unless you are talking about purification of compounds from natural products, down to a single pure substance. I kinda doubt that though.
You've got quite a bit of learning to do. |
