I hear bicarbonate of soda is good. All ya do is put some on your toothbrush, moisten with water then brush you teeth.

You should see results within 14 days maximum, unless your teeth are really gross and horrible.

Well sodium bicarbonate is used in toothpaste.

whitening trays. Aqua fresh work the best, but ive also used generic(store brand) trays and gained similar results. But if you dont brush like 3 times a day after gaining your white teeth the plaque will build back up as quick as you whitened them. Im using sensodyne toothpaste, the new strengthening tooth enamel type...actually noticed my teeth are whiter after using this toothpaste regularly.

Gargle with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide.


If you're going to brush with Bicarb Soda, don't go too crazy. Brush gently, as it's abrasive. Don't brush with it too often either (Once a week is good)

I noticed a difference with Crest Whitestrips after a couple weeks and I smoke a lot, drink coffee etc.
