Sandwich Sauces?
What sauces are suitable for sandwiches? I dont want anything too drippy since i bring them to work and eat them in the middle of the day.
I tried honey mustard and mayo. I cant find any of that stuff they have at subway at the grocery store. Yes, I am aware you can get the sauces from subway at subway in bottles.

Re: Sandwich Sauces?
I don't know, ranch dressing is pretty good on certain sandwhiches, or any salad dressing really.
I usually just stick to mustard though.

Re: Sandwich Sauces?
Hot sauce, margarine/butter, and/or mustard(any kind) are the only things I tend to put on sammiches. Works for me.

Re: Sandwich Sauces?
I like Heinz 57 even though it tastes too salty.
Aside from that, I usually go with some type of dressing(just take a few tablespoons of light mayo and add whatever you want to it). For example, say you have a roast beef sandwich. Add some horseradish and lemon juice to the mayo. If it's chicken, maybe some chili pepper or a southwest seasoning of some type.
You can basically make it pick up any flavor you want.

Re: Sandwich Sauces?
at the moment, i am absolutely addicted to horseradish cream. its like a hybrid between wasabi (its pretty much the same ingredient), which lacks flavour and mustard, which lacks kick.
i also like thousand island dressing (mayo, ketchup) with chopped up pickles and chilli

A sweet chili sauce can go well with some things.
