I got a buddy/co-worker that is in the process of making wine. He started out in a 10 gallon jug, and (i can't remember why) moved it to a smaller jug. He had some left over and was saying that it had a sort of acidic taste and was looking for a way to raise the ph. (I recommended NaOH)
Anyway, as you can tell neither of us are very experienced with this, and he said he would give me a bottle once it was finished. I'm very much so looking forward to this and was wondering if there are any people's that could give him any helpful information.
