I have been developing this method for quite some time and feel it's ready to be released. What better place to be released then Bad Ideas?

Step 1:
Look around your house for some rubberbands and paperclips. These can usually be found in office drawers near your computer. If you are unable to find any, get on your tricycle and go buy some.

Step 2:
Set up a target somewhere around your house. Stretch out the paper clips so one end is pointy. Start practicing firing the paperclips at the target. Once your aim becomes accurate, you are ready to go. Put all your rubberbands in one pocket, and paperclips in your other pocket.

Step 3:
Go to your local Wal-Mart and scope out all the elderly looking people, preferably older women, it's a bonus if they have walking sticks. Take out a paperclip and rubberband and hide behind a wall, clothes rack or anything that will conceal most of you. Start firing at the old person, aiming for the eye. This will catch them by surprise and they will most likely stumble and fall over.

Step 4:
After they fall over and everyone swarms to help (thinking they've had a heart attack or some other sort of senile related injury) run over and grab their purse/wallet/coin bag. After having swiped the money, chuck the purse back on the ground so it doesn't cause the victim too much inconvenience.

Conclusion:
The beauty of this is that the old people probably won't remember having a certain amount of money on them, so after they recover from the paperclip-to-the-eye, they will go on their merry way. Be sure to throw away their drivers license though, as they won't be needing that anymore.

However, it is clever, and plausible. Actually, this is quite a good [bad] idea. However, when someone tackles you, you'll get tagged with assault and theft. And 3rd degree murder if they actually die falling. Plus the medical bills.
