Default Info needed on creatine.

I don't know anything about it. A buddy says it works great but he's been known to be full of shit. Just looking for some info.

It will help you lift longer and harder, but it won't do anything magical by itself.

And as most creatine is produced naturally within the body, there is some doubt as to the safety of ingesting large quantities of it.

Works wonders, I had big strength gains while on it, but when I stopped it all dropped.

Scientifically it is the best non hormonal supplement available on the market

You will notice significant muscle(size) and strength increase while taking it; but alot of it will be lost when you cease to use it (unless you eat crazy amounts of high protein foods)

I'd give more details but im so damn lazy

yeah if you're taking creatine, make sure you drink a gallon of water a day. I used it and i must say it did help me improve in lifting. Also a proper diet is a must have for lifting. During High school i was on a high protein diet and was taking creatine 2 times a day and i was able to lift 250 pounds 3 sets of 5 and at the time i was only doing heavy lifting for about 2 months. Then i got a girl friend and that made me stop working out and not have a proper diet. Now i can only lift 250 pounds 3 times

QFT.

Develop a strong foundation first. Proper exercise and balanced diet are essential. Otherwise your supplements won't work as effectively and their results there after will be short lived. Don't be fool and waste your money on overpriced supplements when you haven't had a solid routine for atleast six months.

get creatine mono. Everything else is either unproven or costs too much. 5g/day and you're fine. 10g+/day can lead to problems.

Drink lots and lots of water.

Make sure not to do too much, and to really read the weight you should be on the back. I remember I took it and broke out in a rash all over my body, you could see it move over my muscles throughout the day, and it itched and burned like all fuck. Not a good time.
