Okay, it's basically a trivial matter of him being a douche and totally blowing me off, which i believe happened because his possibly finally getting laid (by someone who would have to be incredibly drunk) at a party he was throwing was involved.
That, and I got cheated out of $40 of liquor, so now I'm broke, and sober. I will admit that some of this is partially due to my own fault, but he just went from fine to arrogant-douche bag in about 10 seconds.

So I'd love to get some opinions in general on what to do, or if anyone thinks it is even worthwhile to take any action.

Suggestion:Fake "I just got tested and am required to send this letter to all my recent sexual contact i have aids and you might too now" letter - he'll be skitzed out for years, as the viral load won't be high enough to test for for a good while.
