Default Acetaminophen impairing liver function?

A friend of mine inadvertadely ingested wayyyy too much acetaminophen(9g) about a couple of years back, and since has been extremely lightweight when drinking?

She is 5'7,60kg and she was 15 at the time...she could handle half a bottle of spirits to herself pre-stupid-fucking-idea,now it's three beers and she is introducing the contents of her stomach to the nearest table/garden/small child.

Did a bit of googling and all it showed up was that 10-15 grams is considered hepatoxic.

would this incident have any bearing on tolerance at all?

I'm not sure about that. She may have caused permanent damage to her liver but left to its work the liver can regenerate itself after a bit of time.

As far as it being the cause of her yarding after drinking just a bit I really don't know. It's possible I suppose. She may also have something wrong with her stomach if it's something that has just started happening recently.

Maybe she should take a break from drinking and APAP. I'm sure her liver would like it.
