Free petrol
So gas costs a fuck load which has inspired me to find a way to get some for free. Not loads but it can be helpful.
You will need:
1.Quite skinny hose (1-2cm diameter ish) about 5 meters long or more
2.Hand pump
3.Container
4.Screwdriver
Go to a petrol station see where the cameras are and how exposed certain places are. This won't be possible on every station.
You need to find the place where they do the dips. Best case scenario it is out the back and you can't be seen there and no camera. There will be round lids on the ground with some kind of marking nearby as to which tank it is for (diesel, 91, etc) I am not talking about where the tanker will fill up the tanks these are different. You should be able to lift up the lid with a screwdriver.
Underneath the lid there will be a screw cap which is raised a little and probably surrounded by a little water. Open it and there will be the top of a T shaped rod. This is what the staff use to tell how much fuel is in the tank. Keep pulling it up and it will come right out.
Slip your hose down through the T shaped opening and down into the tank. Pump some gas into your container. Put everything back how it was and leave!
These tanks hold thousands of liters of fuel, they will never even notice it is gone. You are taking 20L or so. The smallest increments on the dips are usually 200L. You could probably keep coming back as long as you aren't being caught on camera
Leaving the scene with a container of gas may be suspicious if anyone sees you, might be a good idea to put the container in a bag.

The location varies. Usually out the back or near where the tanks are filled

Re: Free petrol
Any info on how deep these tanks are? You'd be best going in just after it's been topped up so you obviously don't have to go in too deep (i.e. not requiring a long ass hose)
Code:

[_GAS_]
The higher the dotted line is the shorter your hose needs to be.

Re: Free petrol
The shit where I work is secured with multiple heavy-duty locks and all of our inputs are in front of the store, right alongside a main road.

Re: Free petrol
There was a team of guys who did this, one would go in the store and grab some snacks, and then pay ~$50 for gas, then he'd fill up his truck which was waiting on the pump.
All the while, the trailer behind the truck was over one of the fill holes, and there was a man in the trailer who crawled through a hole in the bottom and dropped a hose in. The two would score ~500 Gal per station, and I think they used the gas to fuel a generator rigged to their power lines. Meter spins backwards = Power company paid them to steal gas.
Just dont greedy, thats how they got busted.

I would do it when the place is closed.

The tanks aren't too deep, the dipsticks are about 5 meters or so and always reach the level of the fuel easily.
Another problem is the small size the tubing has to be. The reason the dipsticks are T shaped and fit into a T shaped slot is so you can't just go sticking things down there. It needs to be slim

Find one that isn't like that. I assure you they exist. There is a near perfect one in my area. And I'm not talking about the inputs, unless you mean the dipsticks are at the same location in this case

Re: Free petrol
Yeah...just thinking that petrol stations are usually postioned on main roads and well lit.
Sounds like a bad idea to me, sorry. It sounded good until those other guys spoke!
