At 4:20 I took 30mg. of Methadone and 1mg. of clonazepam. At about 7:00 I took 10 more mg. of Methadone. I have no tolerance for either drug except maybe a slight one; to benzo's, I took 2mg. of alprazolam yesterday and drink maybe a 12 pack of beer a month. I weigh 155pds. It'd be awesome if you had some kind of link.

I just got off the phone with poison control. The guy said he was deadly serious that I should get to the E.R. So I'm really worried and desperate.

If you'd told them you had taken 4 grams of APAP theyd tell you to hit an ER even though 7.5g is supposed to be when you do really bad damage to the liver and possibly OD. However, if you are scared and worried it wouldn't be a bad idea to just goto to the ER. In situations like this it's most definitely better to be safe than sorry.

jk really, good site, btw op I don't think you'll die, however the minimum lethal dose according to that site is 50 mg's, combined with other depressants, it can be lower. Since you have no tolerance to opiates and you've taken other depressants, your pretty much on the line right now, I think in most cases people who took the same combo of drugs you took and weighed the same as you would not die, but of course a site will put the LD as low a dosage that could be potentially fatal, they want people to be safe, same with that poison control operator. Of course, you don't want to take anymore risks by opting to ride it out considering the risks you already took. Anyways, at this point my best advice would be the ER, just in case.

I obviously didn't die. I did go to the desk at the E.R. Considering the amount of time it had been pumping my stomach would do no good. The woman at the E.R. wanted to take me to the back (their a business too,) but after we talked and I mentioned my knowledge of half life and the fact that all they would do was give me some Naloxone she was kind of straight up with me and told me and my girlfriend that they do that a lot of times uselessly to scare people. She said for us to stay up all night and to make sure I didn't fall asleep. Damn, I'm so stupid; for some reason I was thinking the lethal dose of Methadone was at least 80mg. to a non-tolerant. Taking 30mg., waiting a few hours to take an additional 10 and a mg. of clonazepam didn't seem so terrible. To you all who were mature about this and generally seemed to care, I'm really sorry for wasting your time. I'm not obsessed with everything about drugs, but I definitely thought I knew enough to keep myself from od'ing. Everybody out there-be careful!

Thanks man. Got to much going for me for that shit. A great girl, a daughter in her tummy, and I'm almost off of supervision after 2 long years. I rarely use anything more then an occasional joint or a few beers. God what a mistake. I sure learned from it though.
