Lactose powder, sucrose, corn starch, any variety of modified cellulose, dibasic (sp?) calcium phosphate, some other kinda cellulose...there are a few others, I'm sure.

~80mg of mdma or 40-80mg of methamphetamine pressed with however much mannitol or vit C to make the appropriate pill size.

The bigger pills usually have less mdma/meth than the smaller ones do to give the illusion of better quality to the uneducated.

Gels and food colouring would be my guesses. Typically a manufacturer won't put inert ingredients into a pill, most of the time it will be some sort of psychoactive chemical. Obviously other amphetamines and varieties of other illegal drugs are used but caffeine is also a frequent additive.
