I think people in general are. We just see it more in whites, because they've dominated politics/natural resources/wealth in general for so long. I think when a person gets used to being 'on top', they start feeling like they don't have to answer to anyone or anything. Look at celebrities. Everyone tells them they're awesome, resulting in them thinking their shit doesn't stink.

Agreed that many, many, many reprehensible things can be tied back to whites, though. Don't get me wrong, any human are capable of very reprehensible things, but whites seem very good at organizing and validating said behavior. Look at Bureaucracy, one of the most de-humanizing phenomenon on the face of the planet.
