Hey whats up guys? I need some advice on how to make an amphetamine comedown as bearable as possible. I don't want to take more drugs though. Should I try to eat? Any kind of tips or techniques would be greatly appreciated.

Without meds you aren't going to soften the blow a helluva lot.

Best advice I could give is to make sure you eat some healthy foods and drink plenty of water. Do things that are enjoyable to you so you don't just focus on the shittiness. If you'd rather just pass the fuck out and sleep through it a couple of Lunesta or a handful of Diphenhydramine may do the trick.

However, I'd recommend a few Benzos. That's about the best way to curb the comedown.

eat a healthy salad and taking a shower are good ways for this.

I was just coming down from amphetamines about an hr and a half ago actually ad popped a xanax bar...its working great. BUT the shower and food will help you some.

Have a shower or a bath.

Cook something simple, a menial task will take your mind off of the comedown and you'll be rewarded with something delicious.

Pretty much just take it easy but dont just sit down thinking about how bad your crashing.

As stated earlier, benzos are the best way to ease a crash in my opinion. Opiates work well too but not nearly as much as a benzo. In my experience. Benzo's just tell my brain to go to sleep.

I prefer alcohol over weed for a crash. Diphen may help. Anyhow, I've had my fair share of crashes and that's why I've completely stopped abusing stimulants because of the crash. It's not that I couldn't handle it, it just wasn't worth it anymore.

Wish I could go back to the first few times tweaking and not have a crash at all.

Benzo's or weed would be the absolute best thing you could do, but since you don't want to take any drugs there isn't much you can do.

Like others said just try to keep your mind off the shittyness, get some sleep, eat some good food, and drink some water.

Well, OP how have you been feeling after your stimulant crash? I'm feeling pretty good, that xanax bar was nice. I smoked a bunch of weed just a bit ago and I'm watchin baseball...Still haven't eaten a bit of food though. and I am just about to go to bed, wake up in 5 hrs and start the day over again, except end with some drinking tomorrow.
