Legal "feel good" drug or supplement
What do you think (from personal experience) is the best legal feel good drug or "supplement" (w/e) that is available and if possible tell us why you feel it is.
Personally mine would be Kratom For its energy and pain killing ability and Rhodiola Rosea for its energy. Soma would top the list but I think that is a gray area.

Re: Legal "feel good" drug or supplement
Anything that is legal basically sucks for "feel good" properties.
Maybe Kava, although I have had no luck with it. However, pounding a few energy drinks always puts me in a better mood.

I liked kratom, but not enough to order more after my sample.
Robitussin was fun when I was younger.
Take your vitamins; your body needs them to make the chemicals that let you feel happy.

Which type of energizer? cola nut or Guarana? The kratom and Rhodiola Rosea is energizing without the nasty jitters and other side effects that you get with regular caffeine, but the downside is that to get good quality and potency they are expensive.

Re: Legal "feel good" drug or supplement
I agree that these "drugs" are legal for a reason..they basically blow. I'm not a huge fan of Kratom but it's what I'm going to have to pick. It's only worth a fuck with potentiation but it eclipses anything like fucking Tussin or Kava Kava

Like Maca, Rhodiola Rosea is also an adaptogen. I need to use more Turmeric.
...Why Psudo though? Do you have bad sinuses or convert it to something else?

It's not entirely legal in the sense you can get it OTC, but tramadol, aka ultram is pretty good for feeling good and fuzzy sometimes. Good at killing pain too.

Re: Legal "feel good" drug or supplement
Just plain old psuedo at the regular dose. It's not good to try to get high with it. ER Docs are very familiar with the people who come to them with the heart palpitations. I took a time release & had the heart palps for a good 8+ hours. It was nasty! If I take half that, my concentration is improved. I don't get jitters as with coffee & if I don't use tobacco: no heart palps.
60mg per 4 > 6+ hours. No more than 240mg/day. Probably less. I had a cold last week & 240/day just burned off. It can be hard ('specially with caffeine) to mellow out with a full 240. Not good to take it every day either.
Heart Palps: I get a flutter more in my Solar Plexus than my Heart. Simultaneously I seem to get attention fluxuations in my head. As if variations in blood pressure made it hard for my brain cells to perform smoothly. I find it analogous to Coffee Jitters, but more like what one gets from getting way too far up into the caffeine dosages. Nasty!
Probably doesn't help that I often take in lots of caffeine anyways. Adding too much psuedo & ginseng too is just too much.

I never noticed any effects on my concentration (which is all over the place) but I do go through periods of frequently taking it at the 60 mg dose also.
That Maca you mentioned looks like it is also rather toxic in higher doses and probably more dangerous than other alternatives to its medicinal use, but I don't know much about it.

Re: Legal "feel good" drug or supplement
Rhodiola Rosea and Bacopa. Both are mild/innocuous (can be used fairly regularily without worrying about addiction or dependance), and they're also anxiolytic. I'm quite fond of both of them for eliminating transient or seasonal depression, and would also reccomend them to anyone as they're also actually healthy (they show a positive effect in immune response/health).

As far as legal "drugs" go I'd agree with this as well. At least it's beneficial.

The adaptogens are actually very beneficial in many ways and said to be non toxic. (Rhodiola Rosea being on with physical effects - I take twice the suggested amount for the energy). I never "felt" anything from taking 5htp but did use in conjunction with certain prescription meds.

5-HTP? Did nothing (?) for me & I just excreted it out my pee.
Whereas Maca makes me more energetic & the horny. I can't take it everyday as I don't want to be the father of numerous women's chillun ('specially against their will? )

Re: Legal "feel good" drug or supplement
This probably is a bit in the grey area, but look up the "Neo-Doves" pills and the "Sub-Coca" pills, if you want a light yet satisfying coke-esque euphoria, legally.
These non-BZP stimulant-based legal highs are probably the only items worth purchasing from a headshop; unless entering a new fucking dimension -courtesy of Lady Salvia- is your 'thang. (Or of course the downer-based drugs such as Kratom and of course alltheotherlegalzicbamentioning.)
All the other legal high pills available which attempt to mimic the psychoactive effects of amps and whatnot are either BZP, which is fucking disgusting, or placebo bullshit- all of which fail fucking miserably.
The pills i recommend are the real shit on the other hand- i was on drug tests a while back, and these pills replaced my pretty extensive speed habit.
On lab analysis the active ingredient is supposedly Metamfepramone- but look this up for yourselves if interested.

Word, the adaptogens are worth their weight in gold, IMO. For a long term solution, I can think of nothing that I would prefer over it.

Re: Legal "feel good" drug or supplement
Not really a drug, but maca is seriously one of my favorite foods. It's delicious on toast with cinnamon and butter. Plus it does really make you energized and feel good too. If I could afford it, id eat it everyday. Love the stuff.
And as far as legal botanicals that fit in this category go, intranasal kanna (extract) is one serious mood enhancer (not really recreational), kava chills you out and helps you relax, ephedra makes you awake and alert, and yerba mate is just a little better than a strong cup of coffee.
I don't consider kratom as something you do daily as a "feel good" drug, the nausea and taste make it impractical for this purpose.

No. I took it expecting any effect at all. Thus when I had no noticeable effect all all? I discounted it.
