This asshole I know used my credit card to open up a bangbros account. How can I cancel this shit, and what should I do to make this fucker pay? He owes me 144 dollars, and im thinking of something that involves my ka-bar and my fists. Any suggestions/help here?

^ For that to work, you have to report the CC as stolen. Having it not reported means you won't get shit paid back.

He does deserve to have his shit fucked up royally.

Cancel them and then report them stolen. That'd be steps 1 and 2. How exactly did he get ahold of them? Do you have any notion of who it might be?

I have the credit card. The fucking bank told me I have to spend the next 5 hours on the phone filing a dispute claim. This motherfucker probably wrote the number down or some shit, but he's the only asshole I know who'd do this shit. I figure I should fuck him up and make him pay the bill, or is this not the way to go?

Eh. First I'd cancel it and get all of the legal claims out of the way. THEN after it's all taken care of in a legal sense that's when you take the pipe to his dome.
