It is very PC to pretend they don't get any. No use pretending that every day that goes by past their 10th diminishes the time window to give them the vaccine while it will still be effective. Sure, you
could ask 13/14 year olds to tell you if it would still be effective? Eg: Are they still "untouched"? Would you want to ask them? Would they tell the truth? Being that age: wouldn't they love to pretend anyways, that the vaccine could still be effective?

IDK. There isn't talk of whether virgins who've done oral can still get the vaccine? I imagine...it might be TOO LATE for them to get it. Not in all cases, but if they have oral contact with an infected person? Luckily: Cervical Cancer is rare anyways.
