You should be fine, hydrocodone tends to knock me out whereas oxy can be somewhat stimulating for me.

I wouldn't do it man my stomach is coated with fucking steel and last time I took 4+ grams of APAP on an empty stomach I woke up throwing up so fucking hard I was on the floor for hours. I'd try to take a sip of water and boom yak city all over again, it's painful also, it's not like throwing up on heroin.. granted I was on other things at the same time I really do not recommend this unless you really know your body very well and from the thread title, I assume you don't.

If you really are going to do this which I'm sure you will anyways, at least try a CWE and extract the hydrocodone bypassing the APAP, or take less with some alcohol.

It won't kill you. Daily use of those levels of Tylenol will harm your liver, but for a one time thing, the only issue is nausea. Do a CWE if you're worried.

Dosing on an empty (or relatively empty) stomach is usually ideal for using recreationally. I've dosed well over 8 vics and have had near 8000mg of APAP in me in any 24 hour period. Such a dose will do damage to your liver but it's something that you'll get over if you continue to drink water and don't do anything detrimental to your liver (IE: Drinking) for about 48 hours afterwards. The only thing you should be aware of is if your eyes or skin begins to turn an orange(ish) color. That is an indication of an APAP Overdose and should be addressed by a doctor ASAP. As far as problems with your stomach you may get a little nausea but that's about as far as it'll go.

And steel, if you got sick off of 4 grams APAP I would go around boasting about how solid your stomach is because it's obviously not as badass as you think it is. 4 grams is shit dude. If you get sick off that kind of dose I'd recommend you get acquainted with a little something called the Cold Water Extraction.

Do a CWE, no reason not to really, not that hard, doesnt reduce potency THAT much. And most importantly removes those APAPs which are all nasty on ye ol liver.
And you never know when youll need your liver.
