Default nerds+mmos=$$

I just realized SWIM was a smart 15 year old. Couple years ago SWIM scammed a bunch of WoW players.

During the WoW closed Beta, SWIM bought an account off eBay for 60$, ,and sold the same account ( + lies) around 7-8 times to different people. And made around 900$.

SWIM tried eBay/PayPal but it was "risky", SWIM would tell people to wait a couple days for bank transfer, couple buyers backed out. SWIM had a solution, he found mmo trading forums. Dealt with customers privately over msn, asked them to transfer funds directly to bank accounts/ no paypal/ebay. 5/10 people would do it. There was absolutely no way for people to get their money back according to SWIM. This lasted a while till SWIM got scared because one scammed person claimed to be a cop that would come after SWIM. So the scheme was stopped and forgotten (of course it was bs, but SWIM was only 15 and got scared lol)

So, it requires some work and time, but this is a good way of making some quick cash imo. Wait for something as big as WoW and scam the shit out of nerds. If you're willing to pay 500$ for a stupid game character, you don’t deserve money.

I don't know what sort of backwards arsed country and banks "swim" was dealing with, but it's easier for me to get my cash back from a direct deposit then it is with paypal

^ And how would you do that? Once you transfer the funds they are no longer yours and I see no way of you getting them back.

Also 5/10 is 1/2. Lowest common denominator, dickhead.

yeh i had a post here not to long ago about using your bank account to accept direct deposits instead of paypal, all paypal will do is charge back, apperently with bank accounts the term fraud appears and cops step in to sort shit out

Just call my bank manager and get the transaction reversed.
you can't get it back yourself but he has the authority to do it

What if one uses Email money transfer. Canadian banks offer it, not sure about the US. Isin't it like getting 20$ from the ATM and giving that 20$ to someone. You can't go to the bank manager and say I want my 20$ back.

Really people, this is auctually a GREAT scam!

just do this: copy&paste a really good account for sale and wait a while after the auction is over. Then post the same acct as your own for sale. I've seen fuckin runescape accounts go for over $10,000.

Used email money transfer( canadian banks) i don't think its the same as a direct deposit. When you get the money you have to answer a secret question that the sender sets and all. So that means both parties agreed to the transfer. If you go bitching to the bank, they would probably say gtfo it's your fault for being stupid. Plus how is the guy going to prove that i didnt give him the WoW account? I could just as easily say he's the one scamming me, trying to get the money back after i gave him an account. But anyways no1 ever got their money back, didn't even get any complaints from the bank. Either they owned nerds didnt care or they couldnt do anything about it( which means this scams is the win).
