2001 Chevy Impala
Hopefully someone can help me out:
2001 Impala with 3.8. Under approx 70 degrees F. the A/C works fine and all other electrical functions are good too. Climb in it after work, when the temp gets up, problems start. Sounds to me like a circuit breaker or relay. I'm an old bastard (52) and not up on new cars. When I grew up, we replaced points, condensors, and rebuilt carbs.
The glovebox light is clicking like crazy and flickering. All this again, only when the temp rises. The A/C won't cool. The headlights (which come on automatically when the car runs), flicker light the glovebox light.
Gotta be something simple, I'm just behind times.
Thanks in advance for any tips.

Re: 2001 Chevy Impala
It's definitely something electrical. Does it run funny when it's doing it?

No, it runs just fine.
Bedtime now for grandpa.
Thanks for the interest and I'll check in tomorrow.

I'll agree with you on the camaro, 3rd gen all the way, but name a more reliable modern engine than the 3.8 and I'll blow you.

Is this a coincidence or are you identifying the one I posted?
