I think you are making the mistake of considering it a defense where it is actually an attack, and not on Sarah Palin. That is NOT a reliable source and it has zero credibility. It is not relevant that they got it right on Edwards, because for as often as they go shooting in the dark with machine guns full throttle, they are bound to hit something sooner or later. They've probably gotten things right before, and it'll probably happen again - and it will be entirely by accident.

As I recall, that last "shit-eating" contest cost the taxpayers to the tune of over four million dollars. Fuck doing that again just to appease Democrat egos, when there's far more legit existing material for them to harp on if they want to.
