Judge Judy has nothing to do with the Judiciary system.

She is an arbitrator. And even if this was a real civil lawsuit, no lawyers could be involved.

I know this. What I meant by the "Real lawyer" comment was he's Johnny Rotten, he should be able to go to "real" court and settle small claims disputes that way, and he shouldn't have to resort to Judge Judy for a publicity stunt.
