Can someone help me out with fentanyl, i have access to patches, how do i take them and how many mgs or micrograms whatever would it take to equal like 20 mgs of oxy? hypothetically of course. Its a 100mg how would this translate to oxy? Im going to be splitting it with someone and eating it, any problem with that?

smoke it, on tin foil. a tiny pin drop of it, if your oxy tolerance is 20mgs and its a 100mcg/hr patch you can easily od if you eat and are not careful

Yeah, this. Don't try eating it, seriously. Chase it off some foil and work your way up.

If 20 mg of oxy is enough for a good high for you then a patch, used properly, should last you a fair while.

Yeah, Fent is wonderful. I prefer doing it sublingually myself..but to each their own.

IF you are interested in trying it this way just:

Poke a hole in the corner of the patch.
Squeeze a dot around the size of a matchead onto a knife or something.
Slide under tongue and hold until ya feel fuzzy

well 100mCG is the correct amount you have NOT 100 mg....and what kind do you have? Mylan, Sandoz or Duragesic...

Sandoz and Duragesics have gel Mylans do not...
20 mg of OC and a patch hmm I would say put a dab like a little less than the size of a pea on your pinky if you wanna eat the gel...to start wait an hour or so and see how you feel...BE CAREFUL to not do too much and if you dont feel it for a little while GIVE IT TIME..

With patches you can smoke it...IV the gel...eat the gel...

with Mylans you pretty much have to stick the whole patch in your mouth and hold it between your cheek or your tongue...

The methods are:

IV - DONT do this. People with ALOT of experience have killed themselves by IVing this extremely potent opiate.

Sublingual - My fav. method. Poke a tiny hole in the corner and squeeze out a dot about the size of a match-head or a little bigger onto a knife or the like and place under your tongue. You should have to hold it there for over 10 mins or so to get the full effects.

Smoke - As already stated here, some prefer this method. I just don't like doing it this way. Place on foil and chase. Be very careful with this method as well.

Wearing the patch isn't effective recreationally..even though some say it is if you stick it in certain places. I think that's just dumb.

You can also cut a piece of the patch off (about the size of a half dollar or so) and just chew on it. This is best saved for after you've used up the majority of the gel inside. Then you cut pieces of it off and chew to get what's left out of it.

the Mylan patches are considerably better for chewing on due to the slow release of the Fentanyl from the adhesive.Cut the patch into 3-4 strips and chew-it'll release a steady amt. of fentanyl for 4-6+ hrs.
