I imagine it would be about like growing sage....

rolling paper, not so much... most people just lace salvia with more salvroin. lets say you extract 20 grams worth of plant material, you disolve the extract in a nonpolar solvent, add to 1 gram of salvia leaf you now have 20x salvia once its dried... people have put it in blotter, you can just let it sit in your mouth, and hell ive even heard of people smoking them...
