How does one go about opening a new car dealership?

Let's say for.... Toyota or Lexus. (or both).

I honestly have no clue how you would do such a thing.

Well, I'd imagine that you'd need to form some agreement with the manufacturer, own a suitable site then go negotiate with your finance company which is probably also owned by the manufacturer.

That is pretty general. I was looking for more specifics. Like.... how much money do you need to borrow? How do you pick a location? Etc. etc.

a dealer by me got caught last year for scaming the bank. they were using titles from wrecked junked cars they didn't have to milk the bank out of money. they always had about 60 cars for sale on the internet buy only had like 10 cars on the lot they actually had for sale. dude's kid was using the title's at the casino for credit to gamble too. think the guy got like 3-5 federal out of it.
