How to...FIND DRUGS
I just moved to a new city for work, W-B, PA, first of all, and have no connections at all here.
I'm just wondering, whats the best way to find drugs in a totally new location?
What I'm specifically looking for is Xanax and coke/crack. I know no one, and want to know if anyone can share any tips on where to find these particular substances, and how to go about asking people for these, as I don't think just going up to random people and asking if they can get me rocks is a good idea...
Really, best types of locations and how to go about asking for said substances is what I'm looking for, and I'm sure this thread would help others out as well...

Find ppl who smoke weed. Find the shadier/sketchier ppl who smoke weed. They'll know or lead you to someone who knows someone etc, etc, etc.
It's hard, but it's all about networking.

Outside the coffee shop on front street is one good place to find some dank buds. If your looking for the goods your best bet is to get in with highschool kids or look for blacks or mexicans that have moved in from big cities.
Usually the football team is a good place to look for buds.
ask the bud dealers if they know where to get other drugs.

Drive around and ask black people in the crummy neighborhoods.
Just today when my friends main dealer was out of crack, we drove around and just asked random people, I don't do crack but my friend was fiending like he always fuckin does.. Asked about 3 or 4 people before we found some, they invited us right in there apartment to kick it while there supplier brought it! Only thing was that he had to share but they chipped in a lil bit of money too, re-rocked the shit, it was really weird but we were kinda drunk so I was like whatever..
Didn't get an negative responses either, most were just like nah man, or I wish I could help you.

I'd say make some friends, you're guaranteed to find someone who has connections.
On a side note, that's awesome that you're in Wilkes-Barre, I'm always near Wilkes-Barre in the summer time cause I have a cabin in the Poconos.

Um, make friends. Go out at night times to in the parks.. mostly around the populated commercial part of the city.
Head to your nearest ghetto.

I'm in the same boat as you (kind of close too), I used to buy from Philly but I recently moved to North Jersey about 10 minutes from NY and was trying to find some connections there. I was planning on just finding a decent connect for bud and trying to work my way up from there, it would probably help if you did a little small time selling just to start up a network.
