pot decriminalization on the ballot in mass!
this is a message to all you pot heads out their in mass, or to other drug users in ma that know better than to think pot smokers belong in jail. Voting is on november 11th, so make sure your registered to vote. it's question 2 on the ballot, and if it passes, posession of under an ounce will be a civil offense, with 100 dollar fine, no jail time or anything on your perm. record. so quit being lazy, go out and vote! i sure will!

Re: pot decriminalization on the ballot in mass!
snowballs chance in hell of that getting on the ballot in this nazi state...
but maybe if by some act of god it passes, and the shit doesnt hit the fan like the DEA thinks it will... other states might follow suit... get enough states going along with something and amendments to federal laws become much easier...

I don't see why not. Under 25 grams is a civil offense in NY... although that is the only border state with such laws.

Once Generation Y starts taking offices, things are gonna move fast. Complete decriminalization of marijuana will probably take place within 20 years.

Seriously. I live very close to I-85 and REALLY close to highway 11. Between those two...it has to be a major percentage of drug busts. Silly traffickers coming out of ATL on the highway.

thats not really that obscure, CT is like that too. however look at the make up of the state. you have an urbanized eastern half, the rich yuppie cape land and islands, and a redneck western half. you do the math, you guys might actually have a shot, considering it is 2008 and all. but you know, it'd help if more people under the age of 30 voted..

yeah unfortunately I still live in CT, haven't been arrested so I still have my AR. I just wish i got arrested when i was under 18 just so I could use my YO haha.
But if Rowland was still office..... we might have had a chance. too bad that crooked bastard had to go and get a free hot tub.
