I was reading this DEA newsletter thing and it said that they are busting people with Xanax blotters, and I'm like wtf, why haven't I heard about these. Has anybody ever seen or taken any kind of benzo in blotter form?

Saw this a while ago, pretty interesting if you ask me. I've never heard of any other cases where anything but LSD is put on blotter.

I could be wrong on this, but aren't things placed on blotters usually active in the microgram range? Xanax shouldnt fit on a blotter.

The xanax hits are bigger than LSD hits would be, look at the picture. It totally fits. And technically, xanax is active in the microgram range, with the lowest dose being 250 ug, or .25 mg, the white ones. Do the math.

That sounds like a hell of a stupid idea. I was thinking maybe it was to prevent police from really knowing what it was, but when you've got 'XANAX' printed on them in large print, it just defeats the purpose entirely.

eh, not really sure what it would taste like on its own, but kpins are one drug i dont mind chewing up, it doesn't have a disagreeable flavor to it...

Yeah, I don't really mind other benzos but alprazolam is seriously the worst tasting pharmaceutical I've come across. Even pure alp powder is fucking awful.

These were floating around my town for awhile. I never bought them because I though it sounded shady, but I was given some for free after selling the supplier some bud. The "blotters" looked like tissue paper, and were very large. Probably around 1"x1"

I used my friend as a guinea pig and gave them to him. He said they tasted like chemical death, and he got pretty messed up. The guy that was selling them also sold an assload of RCs, so I always figured it was some strange chemical with similar properties as alprazolam. Until now.

All the RCs this guy sold were on tissue papers inside of gel caps. This led me to believe he didn't have a mg scale, and was dividing the doses by dissolving x amount in water and distributing it amongst the proper number of blotter papers.

Perhaps through the same circuit of underground chinese websites that provide RCs, people are stumbling upon quantities of pure alprazolam, and this is the most efficient way to distribute it? It'd be easier than trying to get an large amount of pills through customs.

The kid that was selling these is the same kid who I've frequently talked about that got busted with 1000 hits of assorted RCs, including these "xanax blotters".

Called tollerence when I was I started I would get just a pin head ammount on my finger and eat that, than as my tollerence got more and more I getting a whole finger worth, than doing 2 fingers. I never messured how man mg's I was taking but It was usally a huge ammount because I would be knocked out from like 11-12 at night till noon or 2pm the next day. Than take a bit when I woke up before work.

takes about 30 seconds to realize that you cant effectively fit 2 or 3mg doses on a tab.. then to realize that the dea has also told us ppl put lsd on lickable tatoo's to secretly dose kids.... and suddenly one might come to the conclusion that it should be taken with a grain of salt or two..

i worked alot with salvinorin blotters and had hard times getting enough of it to absorb into paper(keep in mind sally is a µg dose like lsd). also, xanax has a particularly paralyzing taste, unlike everything else ive ever had or put on paper. sure some ppl sub xanax, but too few for there to be a viable market that would warrent the time, product loss, and complications of production for xanax tabs versus just selling the bars.

it could have been poorly done once or twice if someone had a buncha raw powered from overseas to get rid of and didnt have a press, but thats the only way i could ever see anyone wasting their time or resources on this idea.
