I have 2 main people I smoke with, my two closest friends, known them since forever.

1. D - He is the guy that does drugs just to "get fuckz0rd" and nothing more. He doesn't really research much and falls for drug myths very easily. He likes to party and is much more prone to addiction than M or me. Also provides the notorious plauge of saying "I'm so fucked up!/ I'm tripping balls!/ I'm drunk as shit!" every two FUCKING minutes.

2.M - He is smart, and more on my level, shares my 'vibe' I guess you could say. When I use any substance with him it usually spurs a much more meaningful experience, and provokes deep conversation. He has the tendency to say strange "trippy" ideas when he is high, and likes to talk about more profound subject matter than D and his other friends, this bothers D.


This situation popped out ALOT in an early morning smoking session.

Here is some dialouges that stood out, first M and I were talking about how that perspective shifts that cannabis causes are often times setting and mindset dependent, revealing its psychedelic nature. D, M2, and G started laughing at us saying "wtf are they talking about wooowwwww" and shit.

Another time D straight up said "See, this is why I leave those fuckers at home (referring to M and I being different I guess)" following us making some strange, but not thoughtless statements.

Throughout the morning they just seemed to not be able to comprehend what we were talking about and equated it with us not making sense/ being crazy.

So are M and I being buzzkills and taking the session places we shouldn't, or do they need to open there eyes and stop being such D-bags?

I don't mean to sound like an elitist, but I can't help but look down on people that act like them.

In my opinion the two of you that actually have meaningful and enlightening conversation while you're drugging are being hindered by one of the people that just says "OMFG I'm so wasted I bet Im alot more fucked up than you!!"

I have a few friends like that and I can't stand getting fucked up with them. I prefer people who know the substance and are able to use them intelligently.

I understand what you mean. Some people just kind of "over enjoy" themselves thinking that being fucked up is just a time to act a fool just to have fun. To people like us discussion and relaxation are our idea of fun while we drug.

When I'm high I love to discuss the deep thoughts I get. I don't really like when people around me seem to just be getting high because its cool, or fun. Though, I like most, do have fun getting high, I see it as more than that. It is a relaxing, mind expanding experience. So if someone has a problem with you opening up your mind they have no business smoking weed.

Depends on whether you're a D or an M kind of person. Me, personally, I am an M kind of person but do enjoy the company of D's as well. I'd consider my friends that are like D drinking/smoking buddies only, and my friends like M would be considered good friends of mine.

I would associate myself a little less with D, and more so with M. After all, it sounds like you're better friends with M anyway and have more in common with him. And if you don't really want to stop associating with him, then at the very least I would stop doing drugs with him as much. Maybe keep getting stoned with him, but I wouldn't do anything aside from that (psychedelics, for example.)

I like to think i'm a little mixture of the two, but i know that i'm more of the guy that likes to get fucked up. Gotta say people that smoke to get fucked up are less fun to smoke or do most drugs with. The only drug, of those I have/would do that I consider serves no other purpose other then being wasted, is alcohol, though I have had interesting conversations while drunk. I have one friend that's a hybrid of being intellectual and getting fucked up, which is interesting. Two of my friends are pretty in the conversational category but don't smoke that often. When I smoke with my most frequently smoky group of friends we sometimes get on cool topics and I share some philosophy or science with them and they get really into it, but its not a normal topic. I'd say my favorite though is some good tunes and a nice chill, although conversation and philosophy type stuff is a very close second. For me the biggest buzz kill is having to do physical stuff when I'm completly fucked. I just like to chillax and listen to music, watch TV, play video games and post on totse. I put on a local station that must be made for people blazing because they play the BEST fucking music. Like chill electronic rock (incubus, minus the bear) and reggea and underground hiphop, also some weird tribal psychedelic shit occasionaly, but the bitched wouldn't stop complaining about the weird music.

Me and my friends have a system. Your on your own if everyone else is sitting down. However once and if you stand up, it's fair game to be asked for a beer or what not by those still sitting. It usually ends with many stoned people, plotting and scheming their orders on my couch only to forget them once someone actually stands up.

We work on the system of if you're up you have to get it and whatever anyone else wants. If no one is standing up it just sort of goes around the circle. Ends up with 4 ripped guys sitting in a circle holding their crotch because they don't want to go to the toilet. That would involve standing up.

Depending on the company this rule is implemented with our group too. There are certain people I chill with however that do shit for themselves. I'm one of them. I don't generally give a shit about getting up even if I'm stoned out of my gourd and tend to get shit myself if no one else is up and around. Never been a big problem for me.
