Well we obviously shouldn't talk about the fight club.
If you had to this would be the appropriate place.
First off, do you have a proper area to fight at? Do you have people that can physically remove an out of hand fighter? Are you prepared to deal with pissed off parents/lawsuits/snitching/gayness. (Considering most likely your underage.)
Do you have first aid? Rules? Ect. How many people do you have so far? Sounds like a good idea if you thought all these things threw. Post pics.

Re: Fight Club
if you got somethin to prove or if you just feel like beatin some ass for money... sign up!the sign-up deadline is OCTOBER 1ST. the entry fee is $25 and is due by OCTOBER 29TH. Guys wear board shorts, no shirt, gloves and a mouthpiece. no shoes no shirts no bitchin. and girls wear....wutever girls wear plus a mouthpiece and gloves. you can get mouthpieces and gloves at dicks sporting goods. we're gunna gather up enough money to buy 2 pairs and those can be used for everybody that doesnt have gloves. so there's five weight classes...125 and under, 126-140, 141-155, 156+, and a girls class. theres gunna be a winner and losers bracket, meaning if you get beat once, you'll still have one more chance to fight. the winner of each class gets $100 and the runner up gets $25. There's gunna be one ref/judge if the match comes to a decision...so dont come up and ask if you can be a judge cuz you wont be. lol For regular matches there will be two, minute-and-a-half rounds. For weight class finals fights, there will be three, two-minute rounds.
The following describes some rules commonly found in MMA competition today. Ways to victory Knockout (KO): as soon as a fighter becomes unconscious due to strikes, his opponent is declared the winner. As MMA rules allow ground fighting, the fight is stopped to prevent further injury to an unconscious fighter. Submission: a fighter may admit defeat during a match by: a tap on the opponent's body; a tap on the mat or floor; verbal announcement. Technical Knockout (TKO) Referee Stoppage: the referee may stop a match in progress if: a fighter becomes dominant to the point where the opponent is unable to intelligently defend himself from attacks, which may occur as quickly as a few seconds; a fighter appears to be unconscious from a grappling hold; a fighter appears to have developed significant injuries in the referee's view, such as a broken bone. Doctor Stoppage: the referee will call for a time out if a fighter's ability to continue is in question as a result of apparent injuries, such as a large cut. The fighter will be inspected and the match will be ended if the fighter is deemed unable to continue safely, rendering the opponent the winner. However, if the match is stopped as a result of an injury from illegal actions by the opponent, either a disqualification or no contest will be issued instead. Forfeit: a fighter or his representative may forfeit a match prior to the beginning of the match, thereby losing the match. Disqualification: a "warning" will be given when a fighter commits a foul or illegal action or does not follow the referee's instruction. Three warnings will result in a disqualification. Moreover, if a fighter is injured and unable to continue due to a deliberate illegal technique from his opponent, the opponent will be disqualified. No Contest: in the event that both fighters commit a violation of the rules, or a fighter is unable to continue due to an injury from an accidental illegal technique, the match will be declared a "No Contest". Decision: if the match goes the distance, then the outcome of the bout is determined by three judges. The judging criteria is as follows: 1. the effort made to finish the fight via KO or submission 2. damage given to the opponent 3. standing combinations and ground control 4. takedowns and takedown defense 5. aggressiveness 6. weight (if the weight difference is great) The judge/ref. will rate both fighters for all criteria on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, 1 being the lowest. And the fighter with the most points will win the match. Fouls The following acts are universally considered fouls in the mixed martial arts world: Headbutting. Eye gouging. Hair pulling. Biting. Fish-hooking. Attacking the groin. Choking the opponent for three seconds or more Strikes to the back of the head, spinal area and kidneys. Strikes to, or grabs of the trachea. Small joint manipulation (control of three or more fingers/toes is necessary). Intentionally throwing your opponent out of the ring/cage. Running out of the ring. Purposely holding the ring ropes. Clawing, pinching or twisting the flesh. Grabbing the clavicle. Kicking the head of a grounded opponent. Kneeing the head of a grounded opponent. Stomping a grounded opponent. Spiking an opponent to the canvas on his head or neck. Holding the shorts or gloves of an opponent. Spitting at an opponent. Engaging in an unsportsmanlike conduct that causes an injury to an opponent. Attacking an opponent on or during the break. Attacking an opponent who is under the care of the referee. Attacking an opponent after the bell has sounded the end of the period of unarmed combat. Flagrantly disregarding the instructions of the referee. Timidity, including, without limitation, avoiding contact with an opponent, intentionally or consistently dropping the mouthpiece or faking an injury.
