I posted mine this morning as

Global Human Project - which is basically to get a bunch of good scientists from around the world ( or at least NATO countries) and finally put a end to cancer n shit like that. ( kind of like the Manhattan project except public )

Knowing the way people vote, we can expect to have the shittiest, most useless invention win. Then we can expect Google to 'acquire' the rights to this invention and make $10 Billion+ off of it.

its called flavored drip effect. Basically scientists should invent a flavored powder that you can mix in with cocaine so when you snort it you get a drip effect that tastes like either blueberry, cherry, watermelon or grapefruit. Obviously this powder wont burn your nose and can really tap into the cocaine market
