my dad's job requires him to travel A LOT so they give him like ten or fifteen thousand a year extra just for care matinence/gas/buying a new car every three years. Mind, it doesn't pay for everything but he has pretty much all his travel expenses covered. I just got my liscence and here gas is around $4.20 a gallon and i have to pay for my own gas. I don't have a job yet (I'm looking) so i was wondering:
A) is it a dick move stealing gas from my dad (or his company or whatever)?
B) How would i go about siphoning said gasoline?

If your dad gets X$ for gas then yes, it is stealing from him, he doesn't get it for free, you are a dick.

If, like cops, he can fill up his car for free with a given card or at a given pump, then its not a dick move. Actually, cops tend to do this too, for gassing their private vehicles. I mean, um, cops never would break the law and fvck taxpayers over.

howto:
4 foot hose, mouth,
put one end in mouth, one end in the tank, suck until gas is almost in your mouth, hold end down and pour into a bucket on the ground. Pour bucket into car.

For the more advanced siphon, a cord with a stopper (such as electrical tape) can draw gas into the pipe without introducing benzene (and thus cancer / assorted death) into your blood stream.

Do it, my friend is in the same situation, he just gives me his gas card and I fill up $30 at a time.

But to get the gas out make sure there are no things in the way when you push the hose down the gas tube.

Ok, they sell little pumps that you put on cordless drills and two hoses from each side. They are super silent and pump fast, you can just attach a garden hose and it will work. I did this with a 40gallon diesel tank and it would around 10 minutes to fill that shit up, you might want to get an extra battery just in case.
