Anyway, if it's legit, just google it. Try Google Apps for Your Domain or any other easy website builder to start with and learn as you go.

I am legit and last time I made a website I used freewebsites.com or some shit like that and it was total ass. I just wanna mke a website so I can get some ad revnue and make some money/

Buy a Mac, I'm not joking either- they have apache and shit already on there so you won't have to fiddle around with some sort of strange linux server. windows servers might be expensive though...

Do Not buy a mac to build websites. If you want to run a server there are many ways, from having an off-site host to doing it yourself, but do NOT buy a mac just for this. I would advise looking into linux for the low cost of learning how it all works.
