Default OC keeping me awake

Years and years ago, when I first got to try oxy, I remember blowing some, smoking a bowl, and then easily falling asleep.

Now I have a source to get OC when ever I want, and have gotten some a few times in the last couple months. I have noticed something though, that I have a hard time going to sleep after taking a relatively small dosage (7.5mg, no tolerance, insuffulated). I feel nice and relaxed, chilled out and comfortable. However when I lay down to go to sleep I find myself just laying there awake, sometimes as long as 2 hours. Then bam! the next thing I know it's the next morning.

Is this normal? Should I take a higher dose if I want to be able to go to sleep after taking some?

This is a very common thing with all opiates.

That's why I don't do low doses

I prefer having trouble staying awake.

I have a friend like that, one day he was so wired up he decided he was going to do a flip. Long story short, I have a video on my phone of him slamming his tail bone into his concrete floor. Fucking hilarious.

The only problem sleeping with OC I've ever had is nodding (obv). As in you're almost constantly in a state of falling asleep and waking up. And when I wake up in the morning and felt like having a slept a god dam minute. This is why OC is great for being productive.

Oh and if you want to go to sleep faster, drink a few beers or something.

Opiate make me nod to fuck but as soon as it actually comes to the point where I actually want to sleep (usually once iv come down) It takes hours to get to sleep. Guess its just a normal thing but all drugs fuck up your sleep patterns in one way or another.

Some people claim the stimulant effect of oxycodone is based on its synthesis from thebaine, which is said to have stimulant and convulsive properties. Not exactly sure as to the authenticity of that statement (well it IS synthed from thebaine, I'm talking about the resulting stimulant effect) so take it with a grain of salt.

after doing 4-5 bags, i'll try and sleep, but will end up laying in bed rubbing my face off, tossing and turning, and generally being a junked out mess for hours on end.
