Studies tend to show that ORAL Opana is 1/2 that of ORAL oxycodone.


The narcotic converter says that 40mg of ORAL oxycodone is = to 2mg of IV !

I normally snort 40mg of oxycodone to get where I want.

If I snort 20mg of Opana, basing from that 2mg OM IV = 40mg OC, I would OD and for sure.


There is a study that says in rats intranasal oxymorphone is 46% bioavailibility. This is somewhat helpful until I remember that humans are durastically different from rats.


So, from personal experience, what is a good dose for intranasal use for the non tolerant?

my buddy ate 3 and normally dose a 40 maybe a lil higher. and got wasted real hard like nodding and strait up falling asleep for a lil bit.

From what I understand, with little tollerence, start with a low ammount like 2 - 4 mg snorted. You can always dose more. Also, I am not sure but I think oxy M is like hydromorphone in that is a bit hyped unless Ived but may be better than hydro M in that it probably is still kick ass if snorted or eaten. Vibe can surely point you in the right (safe) direction all while ensuring a good time.

i'd suggest maybe building a bit of a tolerance, so you can than crush said tolerance with OM. if you've been itchin' for a high like your first time, you found the right opiate...


again using your math, you could eat 10mgs and be high as shit too. shit man, if your just gonna pop em no need to worry about time release..

Could you PLEASE give a vivid depiction of what OM is like. The rush, the length of high. Is it more like Hydro M or Oxy, is it a sloppy nod or clear headed like oxy. Is it true IV feels like a full rush for most of the high, pls elaborate.

euphoric. if you had to pick just one word, or one drug to use for that word, OM's it. i found it to be one hell of a rush, but unlike HM there's a high at the end of the rush [similar to dope]. my best experiences were mixing OM and dope, but i was very tolerant at the time. the rush is pretty intense, but not too intense [like overdoing HM can be]. longer obviously, but not as long as those first dope shots..




i don't doubt its a hell of a high whatever way you take it tho..
