I've started at a new college and some guy in my class who I smoked a joint with comes up to me and tries to sell me "THC pills. Now he says he has 700 of them and to me they look almost like those tylonal gelcaps that are blue on one side and red on the other and has a little grey strip in the middle. He was bullshitting as it turns out(no shit) since some guy did buy them and I saw him looking for said dealer since he had lost $20 bucks to him. Now I've been on the internet and I saw some things about THC pills, and I was wondering if these even exist. Can THC be absorbed into your body this way? I don't think I can.

Yeah, they're called marinol. I haven't really heard much good things about them, I hear that they're not as good as just smoking weed and sometimes they take a long period of time to kick in. I've never tried them though, but haven't really heard anything great about them either.

No this guy is an idiot. He has never once shown up for class on time, and his ideal breakfast, lunch and dinner is several joints and beer. Now that's not so bad outside of college, but let's just say he seems quite simple.

Yes they work, medically, though I don't suggest them for recreational use. They don't produce very stong effects and have actually shown to be deadly (first OD occured with them ever recorded from marijuana or active chemicals in marijuana).

Even the medical value of these pills is still in question. The reason these pills lack both recreational and positive medical effects is because they only contain THC while marijuana contains over 40 different chemicals that create the high and medicinal effects.

Scenario 1: Random college kid actually has 700 Marinol pills for sale.

Scenario 2: Random college kid tries selling Tylenol liquigels as "THC pills" for a quick buck from idiots.

Tell me which one is more likely these days.

He might not have marinol but have THC pills. Like Bud or shake cooked in oil than capsuled, and seeing you are on a college campus it might be logical someone would do that with their stash so they could get high in the dorms without smoke.
