I don't know if it's the weed i get or just me but i never get a weed "hangover" as such.

The day after having a sesh with a few friends i just feel floaty and relaxed and end up really enjoying doing chores. (Washing dishes, mowing the lawn on a nice day etc...)

are you talking about weed burnout or weed hangover? Yea i get burnt out when i smoke mids or i smoke outs earlier in the day by evening im toast.

When I get really high at like 7 PM or later I wakeup with a nice buzz the next morning, sometimes lasting a few hours. Whenever I eat brownies I always have a nice weed hangover the next day, for a good part of the day.

Does being sort of tired count as a "weed hang-over"? Whenever I smoke mids, as I am now, I find all I want to do is sleep after a few hours of being high.

Also, does anyone else get a worse night's sleep after going to sleep directly after smoking a bowl or two? I always feel like I have slept less when I go to sleep after smoking than if I don't smoke right before sleeping. If that made any sense. ?

The thing is i drank 2 energy drinks. Smoked 4 cigarettes, slept for 3 hours atleast. And i still feel my brain throbbing in my skull as i type this.
I think i'll hit the sack soon and be refreshed for tomarrow... Which is a fucking tuesday (hell.)

The high amounts of sugar and caffeine in the energy drinks most likely contributed to your crash.

Also, I believe a complete REM cycle is about 90 minutes. If you wake up during an REM cycle it can leave you feeling pretty lethargic. That in combination with the sugar crash and the weed hangover probably made you feel a bit shittier than you needed to be :p

I don't feel any effects at all from weed, no matter the quality and/or quantity smoked, within 2 hrs of having stopped smoking, so I've never really experienced a weed hangover. I think you're just a pussy. If you wanna complain about a hangover come back after a night of X (cut to shit with meth), Coke, and alcohol and never going to sleep......that one killed me...oh yeah weed was involved too so you woulda been laid out for sure.

I thought you didn't get hangovers from alcohol so how would you know what they are like? Lol I used to say I didn't get hangovers. Now I am a bit older and can also drink a lot more.

And weed has never made me feel hungover. Tired maybe and kind of dopey near the end of being really high.

I actually sometimes rarely get pot hangovers the next day. Shitty pot wont give it to me. It usually only happens after getting ridiculously high with no tolerance. For example I smoked Jack Harrier in the Netherlands after not smoking for 2 weeks. The next day I got some weird grogginess. A little coffee always does the trick to wake me up and shit out all the food I ate the day before.

Like other people said, I believe its the sugar and caffeine from the drinks and possibly some of the cigarette smoke. Energy drinks tend to make me have terrible headaches a couple hours after drinking them or combined with a messed up REM cycle, Ill feel like shit.

As far as the weed hangover, sometimes I feel really out of it the morning after smoking or I feel like I've had a great sleep, I guess it depends high to high and person to person.

The hangover thing can also be from smoking a particular strain of weed. Cannabis Sativa usually is more of a body high whereas Indica is more of a head high. This all depends on the THC/CBD ratio on the plant. I forget which combo is more of a body vs. head high but another major factor in THC/CBD ratio (other then Sativa/Indica) is also the time the plant is harvested/pollinated, since the plant produces THC and CBD at different times and quantities (This is the difference between white trichromes and yellowish trichromes).
