So if say right now I would need around 60 or more ( aprox guesses here but pritty acurate). I could get a pronounced effect after 3 months with no use. Essentialy my tolelrence in the physical sense will have flatlined? Does this only mean as far as ease of overdose or will my tollerence have lowered so that that lower dose triggers a large reaction in my opiate receptors that it would take around 60 to do with my current tollerence?

so if you were doing say 60mgs for a good night, you could probally do 40mgs. the question is not what you did in a night though, not that its not important, but how much you'd do to get high [ie: a typical at once dose]. junkiedom requires a few highs in any given day, which is not as significant [but still important] at what you'd do as a typical dose...

so say you were blowing/eating 40mgs just to get high, you could easily get high off 20mgs. [a dose, i'm not saying for the entire day/night]

well going on the fact your wondering 3 months from now, you'd probally be set with 12mgs of dilaudid. key word there is probally, theres more factors than just time. remember the general rule of thumb you can always shoot more but never cancel out too much

i'm rather unfamiliar with spiked morphine, so i'm opting out of adding my two sense.

well, IMO oxy is best mixed between orally and blowing. but, you'd probally still be able to do an 80 in 9 hours. i doubt your taking it as intended [extended released, which might be up your alley, becareful though] but i'd suggest if you were to get back into it start in 20mg increments.




all those doseages are as of three months from last useage, and not an exact 100% spot on, but an educated guess. use good judgement. kinda off topic, but sense you brought up never being sick, how long do you stay clean before typical use, and how long have you been doing that [to get your tolerance as high as it is?] no binges? or just never stayed on long enough to shut down your endorphin's. you could be a lucky one. but i warn you, your in a good place now. once you DO get phyiscally addicted, it will always be a hell of alot easier to become it again, months/years down the line.

you will never experience that most likely. if you break for like 6 months to a year, you'll get high off those amounts sure, but never to the extend of those virgin highs. residual tolerance, ya know, the mental side..

I believe DXM does help slow tolerance, as well as having adequate amounts of the minerals Zinc and Magnesium prior to dosing (Eat some bananas and Raisin Bran the previous day/s). Not positive of the first one, but thats what people have told me; Im looking into it currently.
