I really enjoy the effectiveness that Adderall brings now that I'm a stressed, broke ass college student. I have the worst time trying to pay attention to damn near anything and popping one or two before the day begins every once in a while truly benefits me. So in a nutshell, I'm not using them to get fucked up but I'd like to know the best way to counteract a possible bad comedown. A friend gave me some klonopin but I've never tried anything like it before, so I'm a bit hesitant. What are the worst side effects associated with taking a klonopin after coming down?

Yeah, I figured I'd smoke a bowl when I started getting that slight 'depressed' feeling I tend to get when I come down. I went overboard on them at Quakecon a few months back and couldn't eat/be happy in any way shape or form for 3 days, so I tend to control myself immensely with medication not prescribed to me.

you said it best, take a benzo. best way to comedown from uppers. second best way, an opiate..

If you are only using near-therapeutic levels (1-2 pills a day as you say)...

Just drink plenty of water, EAT something (force it down, damnit), and use the following three supplements: Multivitamin, 5-HTP, L-Tyrosine.

Sleep at least 6 hours a day.

Will make life a hell of a lot easier for you.

I never had bad come downs from speed, but even so, I would normally smoke a joint or several bowls, then EAT. EAT EAT EAT. Try to eat healthy too. I normally made a peanut butter sandwich, and ate that with a protein shake. Then I would eat some fruit and take a multi vitamin. If you have any benzos or sleeping pills, take them a little while before you gorge on food. OTC sleepaids help, I prefer to take a couple benadryls, which knock me out pretty quick in combo with weed.

So yeah, food, sleep aids, and sleep. Best thing you can do.

I've always been alright just smoking a bowl...I can even fall asleep sometimes like that. Adderall comedowns aren't the worst thing for me though. The k-pins should help.

There is nothing better on the market today thats as effective with comedowns as benzos. The only problem you'll run into down the line is tolerance and eventually withdrawal; use them sparingly, and I mean sparingly.

POC's way is probaly the safest though, try this first before jumping into the world of benzos
