fentanyl scared the shit out of me after i was done doing it for a while, just looking back on what happened when i was on it.

one way to take is it to cut a corner off. the size depends on how big your patch is. i always had the ones with the gel in it, but i remember there was like 3 different dose patches. chew on it & leave it under your tongue & you'll be feeling nice in 15 minutes. this always made me sick, so i just kept it in until i started feeling like the need to puke & took it out.

or squeeze a small amount onto some foil & smoke it. you probably should be very careful on how much you use. i usually just took a hit and see where it went from there. this way is a lot easier to take it easy, to make sure you don't get as sick. smoking it hits you pretty fast so you can gauge your dose.

Do NOT attempt to IV fentanyl using anything short of an ampoule.

Chase it off foil, seriously. Works well, conserves well, and gets you high as fuck. Good way to gauge dose, too.

put small amount on spoon, put water on it, heat it, the gel will turn more liquid, suck water and gel up with needle, shoot it b4 it gels back up(cools), dont die, just do small amount very strong.
