you talkin about the fly screen? just use a knife to cut the fly screen and depending on the window that screen will come on out or you may have to unscrew it with your knife in places then cover your hand up and bust that window and push it on through.. thats how its done

find older window with latch on top of the first frame that locks to the bottom of the top frame.
grab crowbar
stick it in gap between window sil and bottom of first frame
pry open window.

like prying open a car bonnet by putting a crowbar between the bonnet and grill, although that wont work unless your really strong
