not a good combo at all. quite unhealthy, and drugs will produce bad synergy.

maybe take the adderall and like 5-10 mgs valium to fight the adverse effects, or get fucked up on valium during the comedown.

the adderall will over power the valium,i know this because i ate somewhere around20 25 mg's of valium and took two or 3 adderall pills and they totally took away my valium high:|

Just take the valium on the comedown so you can sleep, and not just lay in bed feeling shitty.

Feels good man.

A small dose of depressants is great with a mild to medium dose of stimulants. GHB is best though, then bumps of Ketamine, Valium is good too though. I wouldn't suggest doing a whole lot of either though.
