I'd like to know if it's possible to purchase or build a device which will create static on a phone line if near it. This is for personal use only (like, getting rid of fuckwits without having to resort to calling them a fuckwit personal use.)

A mobile phone is too distinctive to use.

Have you guys found anything like it or have any ideas?

download a clip of static and play it when your on the phone??

Whats wrong with he tried and true tested method of going WOOOOOOSH into the phone and say your going under a tunnel.
