So I finally figured out my old login and password, its been about a year since I've actually logged in here. But I've been around on this site since the days of Snoopy and Red Raven, and all that fun stuff.

I do have a question relevant to BLTC

I have recently acquired some suboxone, the orange-ish N8's, 8 mg's each I believe. I broke off about a quarter of the pill, crushed it up, and snorted about 3/4s of that (didn't want to get sick) this was Wednesday night. Well, I felt fine for about 8 hours, even woke up a bit oped out. However after I attempted to get ready for work, I ended up vomiting, calling in sick, and going back to sleep. I was sick up until that night, and woke up today feeling pretty good, slight stomach ache, but that is probably due to not being able to eat for 24+ hours. Anyways eventually I ate and now I feel much better. It is now currently Friday night.

I want to try it again, but would like to avoid the sickness part if I can as I can't really afford to be stuck in bed all day tomorrow. I am pretty sure most, if not all of the suboxone is out of me, so I think I should feel the euphoric effects. Will having used it recently have built up any tolerance in me at all? I used to take suboxone when I was coming off Oxy and it never made me sick (I had a huge opiate tolerance though), this time recently I had no tolerance, except for having done oxy 3 time in the span of 2-3 weeks, with the most recent being about 7-8 days ago at a dose of 25 mg's.

So, sorry for the long post, but the main question is (judging from the above info) will I get sick If I rail about 1 mg? If not, would it even be enough to produce an effect? And would me having done bupe recently and my body being re-acquainted with it maybe hold of some of the sickness/vomiting?

Yeah, this could be true, however my professional life is sweet. I don't really have a work schedule, I just go in on monday's, thursday's, and friday's from whatever time till when I feel like leaving. Me showing up isn't really a big deal, usually I can get my work printed out here, (usually consists of verifying bills and orders) and then update it via my Reynolds system on my home computer. I still get paid too.

In that case, suboxone only made me sick if I did it at the end of using a good bit of oxycontin (or I guess any other opioid would work). I can't figure out w/ 1.75mg would make you throw up. naloxone actually only technically works for 2-3 hours according to harm reduction sites (That could be wrong but I know it lasts shorter then 6 hours for sure). You shouldn't snort a sub on monday and snort another on tuesday though. Wait 48 hours then snort it.

Is it really that big of a deal if you are sick at work?

I actually remember doing a bunch of oxycontin one night and I had to go to work in the morning. Usually after doing a lot of OC the night before I tend to puke a lot in the AM. So I thought that maybe this had to do w/ semi-semi-w/d, so I snorted 2mg of suboxone before work. I just threw up 3x harder. And I worked at a smoothie place where its like pretty hard to get away w/ puking up to 5 times in the first hour but I sneeked it well because we were really buisy that day.

Well tomorrows a day off, but I was sick yesterday and blamed it on food poisoning, I live with my parents... college is coming soon though. So being sick tomorrow, I could probably just say its still from food poisoning and what not, but I'd rather just not be sick, and that way I can still eat.

It's been 2 days since snorting the suboxone so I'm sure it will have its usual effect, I just didn't know if having done it recently would build up a small tolerance and make the nausiating (sp.) effects any less, I even plan to do around 1 mg this time because 1.75 mgs was a lot for me. My body reacts to smaller amounts of drugs then I've seen in any of my friends.

I was thinking if 1.75 mgs made me sick for the day after, 1 mg's might make me vomit once in the morning then be fine, at most. But I really haven't had any recreational experience with subs other then two days ago. And yes I know there bad to take with no tolerance, I was planning on staying home sick from work even if I wasn't sick (its boring and I haven't used a sick day this year).

Nope, tis' not the same person.

I'm not very happy go lucky either, I progressed to opiates over a year and a half ago. Skipped using the sub's last night, didn't seem worth it.

Oh and, my intelligence level is not slightly above average, its way above average, I have taken the online IQ tests and have the documentation to prove it, thank you very much.

My experience with subs was 2x and I found if I "forced" myself to eat I felt better...I was kinda getting stomach ache from it I think I did 4mg..the first time n after I ate I felt better and it didnt ruin the buzz..so my advice maybe try to get some food in you a hour or 2 after you take it?
