How many mgs of lorazepam should I take if I just want to be more sociable? This is mainly to counter-act me screwing up and getting nervous around certain girls. I don't want a lot to fuck me up, but enough to just relax me and make it easier with women. I only weigh about 100 lbs if that helps.

There is no chemical that's going to turn you into something you are not. There isn't a substitute for confidence. It might make you talk more but as far as improving communication and social skills your not going to get much help.

Actually, .5 mg would be enough to chill you out. Obviously you'd still have your inhibitions but you'd be relaxed enough to talk to girls without freaking out. When I took 2 mg and I went to the mall, I was outgoing as fuck and talked to random people who I saw before without even thinking twice about it. I was pretty fucked up though, so I'd say take 1 mg.

0.5 - 1.0mg. Don't do 3-4mg you won't remember shit and probably just humiliate yourself

just take a 2mg pill and put it under your tongue

go with a mg - 2 mgs, depending on how fucked you are socially.

2 mgs might be a wittle recreational for you, like, youll definitely feel a bit different, like 3 beers or something.

I feel for you there....Im 26yrs old and 6'3" tall and only weigh between 150-160lbs.

ya thats not a bad price, they are usually 50 cents to a dollar a mg. i dunno why people are saying to take any less than 4mg, unless you are like 80 pounds never done any benzos and drinking on them too. Maybe 3mg but any less than that you probably wont feel anything. when i got them 4-6 mg was the right amount to feel benzo anxiety releif without getting the benzo "high" for lack of better words. I had a little bit of tolerance tho. At that time a half bar would releive my anxiety and a bar would make me feel pretty good. Tolerance sucks for me now tho, up too two bars just for anxiety releif. :/

I know this isn't what you're asking, but if you can get some xanax/clons, I find they're much more useful in dealing with nerves and anxiety.
