After court but yeah... That sucks for you. I was charged as a minor when I was 17. Good luck with that.

Since you're being charged as an adult, I doubt it.

you cant go by what anyone in here tells you. its going to be different for different states/counties/judges. there is no way to tell really unless you find someone else in your county that went in front of the same judge for the same types of charges under the same situation. Always be prepared. It wouldnt be unlikely at all that you get dropped. I know how it was for me was I went to court and then I was told by the judge that right after my court appearance I had to report to my probation officer. When I arrived at his office he tested me.
