my thoughts would be the classical single valium pill, chased with a double whiskey (or in my case lemon extract, %70 percent rather then 35% for 80 cents), i got a ton of codiene but cwe dont seem to work for me cause i havnt got the proper filters, and of course some weed but i think that will make me less "salesmenly" and fuck me if i get caught by the cops. dxm is an idea last longer but i will appear too drunk i think

Personally, I'd do 150-200mgs of DXM if you really want it to last or you could do a larger dose of the polistyrex(sp?) which is basically a time release version.

It should loosen you up fairly well while keeping you sober enough to do what you need to do. It's also legal which is a plus.

Benzos on their own will reduce anxiety, but don't really give you much of a social drive -- they can do the opposite in fact. They could make you comparatively sociable if you have quite bad anxiety normally.

Perhaps combine some benzos (preferably not too sedative) with domaninergic drugs such as cocaine or methylphenidate. Maybe kava would be a good option as it's a MAO-B inhibitor (more dopamine) and an anxiolytic, plus you won't act quite as dumb as a benzoed person would.

The best choice IMO is GHB/GBL. Nice anxiolytic effect with quite intense dopamine boost, so best in both ways. Plus it's not really that bad on your mental function unless you take a lot.

Yeah and dissociatives have always made me introverted and uninterested in the outside world. I know ketamine causes this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alogia), and it's not really the best state of mind for engaging your customers. I reckon DXM would be much the same.

Check your eyes before you go. I've had a couple of "oh shit" moments around people I shouldn't be on drugs around when I've felt practically sober but been waaay too dilated for my own good.

I would say opiates, but someone made a good point about someone saying the wrong thing and making you flip out. So it just depends on if you get mood swings on opes or not.

I'd say coke would be pretty good for this, as it turns most people into cocky motherfuckers.

Take a low oral dose (20-40mg) of whatever amphetamines are availible. Taking it orally is preferable because it's less intense, lasts longer and for me at least it's a smoother experience overall compared to insufflation, and there's less irrational fear or anxiety. Yes I know how much lower the bioavailability is, but higher numbers aren't automatically better in every situation. This isn't recreational use as much as "therapeutic" use, like when they give it to kids who don't want to do schoolwork.

If you can only find meth it's about three times as potent, so reduce dosage accordingly. I don't have any direct experience with meth though, so I'm not sure if it's that simple, hopefully someone who doesn't live on the east coast can shed some light on that.

Keep in mind I'm just telling you what I would do if I was faced with this situation, you may find that something else suits you better. Before you actually go out and do this you should take it at home or in an otherwise stable, undemanding situation where you can get a feel for it's effects. Also I'm operating under the assumption that this is just something you're doing because you need some money and you're not planning on doing this for a long time. If that's not the case I hate to say it but you're going to have to learn to do it sober.

I´ve been a door-to-door salesman a long time ago in a foreign country and did my first intoxicant over ten years ago, I want to contribute here.

that work is hard. okey, only a day here but generally, the more relaxed you are, the better you sell. people sense a desperate seller and that´s a sure no sell. when I did it, didn´t have a base salary, if I didn´t sell it was a night in the car or a ditch. no sell, no money, at all. and when you don´t sell for a while, it gets harder and harder. but when you´ve sold good and quickly, you know you´re gonna sleep under a roof the next night (hups, a referance back to my sell days, sometimes made nice money in just two hours). when you´ve sold good, you go to the next door with no pressure, no desperate need to sell, you don´t care if you make that particular sale or not and you sell. back to what people sense, you just improvise relaxed stuff with nothing to lose. And the money changes owner...

I mainly (not always, lol) worked sober back in the day, sometimes beer to get me motivated enough to continue on a bad day. but, but, but. there are things to make it go smooth for sure.

valium (if you´re social and have imagination of your own. to relax and get it all out)
alcohol (just the right amount and hide the smell. goes together with benzos too, right amounts again)
uppers (for not so social by nature types, too. but some many things to concider, got to know what you´re doing)

a combo of those mixed right would do the trick for me, but it´s my body/experience/history/mix/personal preference.

They will not know your on drugs, but theyll think something is up and no buy anything from you. You'll look weird and your confidence will be intimidating.

Alcohol is good except for the alcohol on your breath. I have anxiety and if i drank i would be worried that they would smell the alcohol and i wouldn't function confidently.

It's all different depending on your sober personality. adderall for me makes me feel like i can kick ass in everything where as in friends i know that are hyper already they slow down and relax.

either an opiate or benzo would be the best option. downsides of benzos are you might look noticeably fucked up (or look goofy/retarded) and not realize it, you may lose motivation to sell the most you can, and it effects your inteligence/memory, all of these factors directly depend on the dose and type of benzo. resist taking an extra valium and stick to a small enough dose that you know will get you buzzed and feel confident. its all too easy to say to yourself "not a strong enough buzz" and pop another, but this could easily make it a tad too much, especially if their 10mg ones.

opiates might make you less charasmatic and friendly looking as it will make you more iritable and less social, scratching all over might turn off your potential customers, and u'll be more sensitive to the sun light and might squint really badly.

alcohol is a good choice, best way to conceal the smell is to drink beer, then swish listerine in your mouth for a minute and spit, then repeat. really works great in my experience. dont spill any on your clothes tho.brushing your teeth while your at it wont hurt either as far as eliminating the smell. but valium is a great choice as long as u keep it at a SAFE dose. i hav the habit of taking too many benzos at a time, not giving it enough time to kick in fully cuz im anxous and want to fix that anxiety as quickly as i can. plus when it starts to kick in, its easy to worry less about the potential consequenses of "just taking one more", which can easily end up taking 2+ more.

edit: ghb is my current favorite solution. insanely cheap, and works great. my own dad can't tell i'm on anything when i'm on it, but he always knows when i'm on something else. works great for anxiety, makes u more social. adderall is definetly another worth considering. it'll do it all, and give you the energy and drive to sell as much as humanely possible, and make your talking/reasoning better as well. fuck it, just go with adderall if u can get it.

ive decided with alcohol and benzo's, they both potentiate each other and with a low enough dosage i should be fine and proud, theres always that moment where alcohol makes you smarter, more alert, more charismatic, before you drink to much and turn into an idiot. i wanted to dex but im too afraid ill underdose and to redose will take another hour to kick in.

The effects (at least for me and another 7 people i know personally and one online) differ greatly from GHB. Its a lot more mellow in the correct dose and relaxed, you do not have this "floppy leg" feeling and are able to function normaly (when correctly dosed)
