Guys, I'm needing some help. My parents have been gone for awhile, and I have to admit I haven't kept the best eye on my little brother. A alot of the time I make him stay in his room, and I feel he is old enough to make his own food, so I really just dont have much contact with him.

I confess, I haven't been monitoring his bathing activity, and this is probably why this was caused. All I am right now is very panicked, and I have no idea what to do. I gave him a good beating for being a little shit and probably getting me into trouble when someone finds out and now I need to clean him up. I'm thinking about getting some rubbing alcohol and a rag to open his scabs and clean beneath them, and I'll be sure to watch out for his eyes.

Do you think this will work? I'm not going to bring him to a hospital because I may get into trouble (not sure), but I probably could find some remedy to cure this. Have any of you experienced something like this? What did you do to get rid of it?

He gave me permission to post this picture to help him. He is crying really hard right now, I need to fix this fast before my parents get here tomorrow.
