i've got a toilet that has this sort of spray thing that shoots water up your colon.
(im asian).

can i just use that, instead of going to the colonic services, or the buying the DIY home kit?

umm it uses a separate pipe that carries it from the attachment in your bathroom sink to the toilet attachment thing.

I am not sure if you NEED an enema, I read that if you have a bowel movement at least once a day while you fast, your body takes care of the rest.

You could always just spend $5 on some Oxy face wipes and wash your face twice a day...
